They both made this feel like a genuine team effort to get to the finish line of the closing of my home. Words cannot express how truly grateful I am to Ryan for his prompt responsiveness, helpfulness, and genuine demeanor. His cheerful personality made a huge difference in navigating the stressful process.He is an incredibly phenomenal person and someone who I could rely on. Ryan had an answer for nearly every question I had and if he didn’t know the answer he would guide me to the person that did, often times being Nami. Nami was very helpful with navigating the communication with other parties involved and was very responsive and organized ! I'm incredibly satisfied with the service Matt’s team provided, especially Matt who goes above and beyond for his customer. He and his team are always responsive and very helpful, readily answering any questions I have about my loan, and very attentive. The online portal is making it easy to view and complete the tasks. Sometime I got carried away with other stuff and there is Noah who would remind me to login and complete the tasks so that the paperwork can get processed on time and to meet the goals.
