Claire Walker at Loan Factory was absolutely incredible. I am convinced she was an integral part of our home closing. Not only did she help us ( and we were a tough case to crack with lots of variables) but she had to switch lenders and still got us to close after that in record time. I knew from the first meeting that she was committed to our story and getting us to home ownership. She called often to update us and help us through every part of the process.
